Albert S. Nagy
- Chairman of the Board
Albert S. Nagy is the chairman of the board for LVX System as well as Founder and Managing Director of The Nagy Group, a business consultancy specializing in strategic planning and asset management. Al has over 40 years of experience in corporate operations and finance. He has served as a court appointed receiver and expert witness.
Al’s critical business functions include investment partnerships, strategic planning, asset preservation and management. His experience in the solar industry is very relevant to the untapped potential available with LVX today and in the coming years.
In his previous work, Al founded and served as CEO of Birtcher Investments. In this capacity, he raised $240 million in public partnerships, created a consulting company that handled over $750 million of work-out situations, created a pension advisory company and built a national property management company that operated over 16 million square feet in 13 states.
- Vice-Chairman of the Board
Felicity-John Pederson is the vice chairman of the board of LVX System. S'he and wife Irene are founders and majority voting owners. Felicity-John has invented and patented high-speed broadband visible light communication aka VLC or *Li-Fi and many technologies with their supporting business models and has been awarded over fifty patents in this emerging market.
Felicity-John will continue to set the direction and oversee the implementation of the LVX System vision, IP development and infrastructural apparatus (iA), equipment necessary to deliver LVX services.
Earlier Felicity-John invented, designed, manufactured and commercialized a wide variety of electronic devices. S’he aided Hewlett-Packard in the development of today’s high brightness LED chips used everywhere; identified markets and patented applications such as police, fire and medical LED light bars atop emergency vehicles, applications used on nearly all vehicles today. These patents were the foundation of 911 Emergency Products, Inc. and were challenged and favorably settled in Federal Court in Texas for an undisclosed amount, then sold to BAE Systems. S’he raised investment capital, and as CEO, established investor partnerships. These partnerships remain at LVX System today and which formed an intellectual property holdings corporation Federal Law Enforcement Development Service, Inc. (a District of Columbia corporation) now owned by LVX System.

- Board Treasurer
Irene Pederson is treasurer and CFO emeritus. She is also a cofounder and majority co-owner of the company. Irene has managed and directed LVX System’s corporate finance up to June of 2019. She has engaged with counsel to build the company’s patents, IP portfolio and corporate legal work. As treasurer, Irene will provide stockholder checks and balances through financial oversight, additional internal audit and corporate controls. She brings experience and continuity.
Irene co-founded Cunanan Law Enforcement Products, Inc. in the Philippines which relocated to the United States and the company name was changed to 911EP. Among many responsibilities such as intellectual property maintenance, she was integral to its domestic and international relationships and supply chain management. This company invented and commercialized the high-brightness LED lighting for use on fire, police and towing vehicles. This company disrupted the entire emergency lighting industry while defending its intellectual property from infringing companies, forcing them to pay royalties, licenses and damages.
- LVX System Board Member
Dr. Michael Lambert is a member of the LVX System board of directors. He is a retired colonel and vitreoretinal eye surgeon, medical device inventor, entrepreneur and United States Air Force Academy distinguished graduate. Dr. Lambert’s depth of knowledge and experience supports the LVX leadership team and their work to bring their patented technology to a broad marketplace.
Dr. Lambert graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1970 with a major in physics followed by pilot training. He then entered Baylor College of Medicine, completing residency at Wilford Hall (WHMC) and a fellowship at Duke University in vitreoretinal surgery.
In 1997, Dr. Lambert founded Retina and Vitreous of Texas in Houston. He is a prolific author and worldwide lecturer, holds multiple patents, and has received several awards for numerous instruments he has invented to assist in the complex vitreoretinal surgeries that became his hallmark.
Dr. Lambert has a deep history of philanthropic work and a wide range of board experiences. He has received numerous commendations for his work as a surgeon including the peer nominated Best Doctors in America designation and induction into the American Society of Retinal Specialists (ASRS) Hall of Fame.
Jon A. McBride

Captain, USN, Ret./NASA Astronaut
Jon Andrew McBride (Capt., USN, Ret.) is a retired American naval officer and aviator, fighter pilot, test pilot, aeronautical engineer, and former NASA astronaut. Jon received flight training in Pensacola, Florida, and holds a degree in aeronautical engineering from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School. He was a member of the first class of space shuttle astronauts.
His NASA career highlights include a launch onboard STS 41-G Challenger for an eight-day mission. While in orbit, they deployed the Earth Radiation Budget Satellite and performed scientific observations. Jon also served as NASA’s Assistant Administrator for Congressional Relations.
McBride retired from NASA and the U.S. Navy in 1989 and pursued a career in business. He was a Republican candidate for Governor of West Virginia in 1996. Today, he works with Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex as a member of the Astronaut Encounter team.
- LVX System Board Member
John Weitzel is the former CEO of Bankers Systems; compliance in banking was always a focus. His career experience includes not only work in the areas of banking compliance, John has considerable experience in the areas of intellectual property and copyrights.
He has served on many boards, including a local university – St. John’s University, along with numerous non-profits. John served on the CentraCare Health Systems board for almost fifteen years, being a member of hospital and clinic boards, and systems boards. He currently serves on a regional bank board of directors.
John has been married to his high school sweetheart for 59 years and they have two sons, three daughters, and seventeen grandkids.
